电泳沉积参数对镁合金基羟基磷灰石表面涂层性能影响 被引量:4

摘要 电泳沉积法制备出镁合金基羟基磷灰石表面涂层生物复合材料,优化电泳沉积工艺条件。通过改变悬浮液陈华时间(0天、5天、10天)、悬浮液浓度(0.01 kg/L、0.02 kg/L、0.04 kg/L、0.06 kg/L)、沉积电压(20 V、40 V、60 V、80 V)进行电泳沉积,通过观察不同条件对电泳沉积涂层表面形貌及性能的影响,找到较佳的制备工艺参数。结果,在阴极镁合金基底上可均匀沉积羟基磷灰石涂层。经过对电泳沉积工艺参数的优化,浮液浓度0.02 kg/L,陈化时间10 d,沉积电压为60 V时为较佳电泳沉积工艺参数,能得到表面性能适中的羟基磷灰石涂层。 The magnesium matrix hydroxyapatite biological composite material was prepared by electrophoretic deposition method, and the process parameters were optimized. By changing aged time of suspension (0d, 5d, 10d), concentration of suspension (0.01kg/L, 0.02kg/L, 0.04kg/L, 0.06kg/L), applied voltage (20V, 40V, 60V, 80V) and methods for treat- ments of magnesium alloy substrates, the influences of the parameters on the coating surface morphologies and qualities were researched to find suitable conditions to prepare the coatings. The results showed that HA coating can be deposited on the cathode magnesium substrate homogeneously. Suspension concentration of 0.02 kg/L, aging time of 10 days and electrophoret- ic deposition voltages of 60V are the better electrophoretic deposition process parameters, and the moderate performance of HA coating can be obtained at the parameter.
