细长轴的切削加工精度及切削效率的控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 细长轴广泛应用于各种机械当中,但细长轴的长径比一般都大于25,故在加工时存在一定的困难。通过对细长轴应用场合的介绍,对切削加工时的误差来源进行了介绍,并分析了细长轴弯曲变形的原因,从而提出了在保证细长轴精度的同时,如何提高其切削效率的方法。 Slimness shaft is widely applied in different kinds of machinery, there are some difficulties in processing for its di- ameter radio is greater than 25. This paper mainly introduces the application of slimness shaft and machining error, and also analyzes the reason of shaft's bending deformation, then puts forward the way to improve its cutting efficiency.
