摘要
介绍了以Arduino、LabVIEW两种平台为基础的一种齿轮箱试验温度检测系统工作原理及设计方法,利用两种平台各自的优势完成该系统的快速开发。上位机由计算机与LabVIEW软件组成,负责系统控制及数据处理。下位机由Arduino单片机与传感器组成,负责数据的采集。在实际使用中可以提高检测的精确度同时降低人力成本,保证减速机出厂的质量。
In this paper, the working principle and design method of a temperature detection system for gear box which is based on Arduino, LabVIEW platform are introduced, and the rapid development of this system could be completed with the advantages of these two platforms. The host computer is composed of computer and the LabVIEW software, responsible for controlling the system and data processing. The lower machine is composed of the Arduino microcontroller and sensor, respon- sible for data collection. In the practical application it could improve the accuracy of the detection and reduce the manpower cost, and guarantee the quality of the gear box.
