摘要
为满足市场对摩托车外观造型的要求,摩托车座垫在传统仅满足乘坐舒适性要求基础上,增加了外观造型需求,需制备具有造型特征的摩托车座垫。工艺方法基本上分2种路线,一是通过将皮革拉伸变形来满足造型特征,但座垫形状有一定限制;另一种是通过直接制备含造型特征的皮革,座垫造型特征基本上没有什么限制。具体哪种工艺好,还需要根据产品的特征来选择。
In order to meet the market requirements for the appearance and shape of a motorcycle, the motorcycle seat cushion should have the shape feature. They are basically divided into 2 routes, one is to meet requirements of the modeling characteristics of leather stretching through the deformation, but cushion shapes are limited~ another is to produce the leathers directly with various shapes （no limits on the shapes of cushions by this way）. The consumers can choose the technology by their needs （product characteristics）.
