管弦乐《1911序曲》是当代著名旅美华人作曲家周龙在2011年应"北京现代音乐节"组委会之邀所作。作曲家运用西方现代音乐创作方法,融入传统京剧音乐元素,依据乐曲所要表现的内容进行不同层次音乐线条的融合,使其符合逻辑结构和表现要求,成为一个精致细密的艺术整体。

Orchestral '1911 Overture' has been composed by famous Chinese American composer Zhou Long in 2011 while he had been invited by the Organizing Committee of the Beijing modern music festival. The composer adopts new technology of modern western music creation, at the same time, he merges the traditional opera music elements according to the performance of the content of free music, different levels of fusion music lines has shown, make it conform to the logic structure and performance requirements demanded by the composer, the formation of a fine, exquisite artistic as a whole.
