结直肠癌MR功能成像的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 结直肠癌（colorectal carcinoma,CRC）是世界第三大常见肿瘤,在肿瘤疾病中的病死率排第4;每年有超过120万人被诊断为CRC,其中60万患者因该病而死[1]。近年来CRC的发病率和病死率呈上升趋势,而且中青年患者占的比例逐渐增加。CRC已经严重威胁人类健康。目前,CRC治疗仍以手术切除为主辅以放化疗。
