摘要
目的分析咸宁市中心医院被托管前后的运营情况,为完善医院托管工作和促进公立医院改革提供参考。方法对托管前2009和2010年以及托管后2011和2012年医院的人力资源、工作负荷及效率、业务收入、医疗服务质量变化情况采用纵向比较分析,并与湖北省同级别医院进行横向对比分析。结果托管后的2011和2012年:医院总诊疗人次分别增加26.2%、68.3%;住院人次分别增加24.3%、51.5%;手术人次分别增加13.7%、37.1%;业务收入分别增加82.1%、136.2%;病房危重病人抢救成功率分别增长6.0%、16.7%。结论托管后,咸宁市中心医院医疗技术水平显著提高,业务收入大幅增加;基于托管建立的三甲医院医疗联合体有助于区域卫生资源的快速优化。
Objectives To analyze the operation status of Xianning Central Hospital before and after the trusteeship,and to provide reference for the improvement of hospital trusteeship and public hospital reform.MethodsLongitudinal and transverse comparison were applied to analyze the human resources,workload and efficiency,business income and service quality.Results In 2011 and 2012,respectively,the number of hospital clinic visits increased by 26.2% and 68.3%,inpatients increased by 24.3% and 51.5%,surgeries increased by 13.7% and37.1%,business income increased by 82.1% and 136.2%,and the success rate of ward critically ill patients increased by 6.0%and 16.7%.Conclusions After trusteeship,the medical technology level of Xianning Center Hospital was significantly improved,and the business income substantially increased.The trusteeship of top three hospital medical union helps accelerate the optimization of regional health resources.
