摘要
目的通过研究生教育质量自我评估,了解研究生教育水平和办学能力,为改善办学质量提供策略。方法邀请12位专家通过德尔菲专家咨询法形成研究生教育质量自我评估指标,对上海交通大学公共卫生学院进行教育质量评估,提出改进意见。结果形成教育质量自我评估一级指标7项,二级指标17项,自评发现该校在教学评估、沟通实践、课程管理和行政管理中存在不足。结论建议应健全教学评估机制、提高学生参与度、加强行政管理效能、实践沟通锻炼。
Objectives To study the quality of a graduate education program based on graduate education self-evaluation,so that relevant quality-improving strategies can be developed.Methods Several self-evaluation indicators of the quality of a graduate education program have been developed by 12 experts using Delphi Method,based on which the quality of the target education program has been evaluated and several improvement suggestions have been made.Results The evaluation system comprised 7first-level indicators and 17second-level indicators.According to the self-evaluation results,the target education program had deficiencies in several areas referring to education evaluation,communication and practice,curriculum management,and administration.Conclusions Suggestions:Improve and perfect the evaluation system;ensure participation of student representatives;Improve the administration system;Provide internship opportunities and improve communication skills.
