武汉市社区卫生服务中心药品管理现状分析

Analysis of the Status of Medicine Management in Community Health Service Center in Wuhan City

目的了解武汉市社区卫生服务中心药品管理现状。方法采取随机抽样的方法,对武汉市7个中心城区各抽取4所社区卫生服务中心进行问卷调查,并对相关负责人进行访谈。结果各社区服务中心中,药师最多的为7人,最少的为2人;药师中本科及以上学历占18.95%,各区之间人员学历差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各社区卫生服务中心在药品的采购、验收、储存、分配方面均有专人管理,且各部门配合良好;但在药品不良反应方面,部分社区卫生服务中心重视程度不够。结论应增加社区卫生服务中心药学专业人才数量,提高其素质和专业能力;进一步加强药品各流程的监管和对药品不良反应的重视程度,确保用药安全。

Objectives To probe the situation of medicine management in community health service center in Wuhan city.Methods Twenty-eighty community health service centers in seven central urban area of Wuhan were extracted randomly and responsible person in these institutions were interviewed.Results The number of pharmacists ranged from two to seven,and the proportion of bachelor degree or above among which was only 18.95%,and there were no statistical difference among the seven districts(P>0.05).Specialized persons were employed on medicine procurement,acceptance,storage and distribution,and they cooperated well.However,certain community health service centers did not pay enough attention to adverse drug reaction.Conclusions It is important to increase pharmacists and improve their comprehensive quality.Furthermore,we also need to pay more attention to adverse drug reaction and strength the supervision,and then ensure the safety of medicine.
