目的构建医疗质量非技术因素评价的指标体系。方法应用Delphi法通过2轮专家函询,专家协调程度评价指标采用变异系数(Vj)和协调系数(W);专家的权威度(Cr)采用判断依据(Ca)和熟悉程度(Cs)的算术平均值。结果在9个二级指标中,按重要性排列,前3位分别是医师的职业道德态度(9.23)、生活服务行为(8.23)和医疗服务行为(8.23),后3位分别是病房服务设施(7.68)、尊重保密(7.20)和保健知识宣教重视度(6.63)。结论职业道德的重要性符合病人的利益;面对网络信息的发展,医疗服务中的保健知识宣教值得专业机构和专业人员的重视。

Objectives To construct an evaluation indicator system based on the non-technological factors in Medical Service Quality.Methods Through two rounds of Delphi consultation,we aimed to test the reliability of experts' consultation,seek information about the evaluation indicator system on the non-technological factors in Medical Service Quality from the experts.Results In nine second-indicators,in order of importance,the top three were the ethical attitudes of physicians(9.23),life service behavior(8.23)and health services behavioral(8.23).The bottom three were wards Service facilities(7.68),respecting confidentiality(7.20)and health knowledge propaganda(6.63).Conclusions The importance of professional ethics agrees with the interest of the patient;With the development of network information,health professional organizations and experts should pay more attention to health knowledge propaganda.
