某三甲医院医护人员健康体检参加情况分析

Analysis of Health Workers' Participation in Annual Health Examination in A Tertiary Hospital

目的通过对某三甲医院医护人员年度常规性健康体检参与率的调查，了解医院医护人员参与健康体检过程存在的问题及部分医护人员未按要求参加健康体检的原因，以便采取灵活有效的解决对策。方法对某三甲医院全体医护人员参与健康体检的情况进行统计，并采取办公自动化调查问卷方式对未参加健康体检的医护人员进行问卷调查。结果全院共有3934名医护人员，参加体检的有3856名，全部体检项目均完成的共有3794名，完成一半体检项目31名，只做了其中的l～2项的有12名，近期已参加过健康体检的有20名，而未参加体检的有78名。调查显示，影响医护人员未能参加体检的因素多种多样。结论医护人员应积极参加健康体检，重视自身健康，提高自我保健意识。

Objectives Through a investigation on health workers' participation rate of annual health examination in a tertiary hospital,to learn about the problem during the process and the reason why some health workers do not participate according to the demand and to provide some flexible countermeasures.Methods Materials and data about health workers' participation in annual health examination were collected for statistical analysis.Meanwhile,an investigation was conducted among those who didn't participate in the health examination through questionnaires passed down by office automation system.Results Among 3 932 health workers,3 856 took part in the health examination.3 794 workers fulfilled all examination items,31 half of the items,and 12 only 1~2items.20 workers had finished health examination recently.78 workers didn't come.The investigation showed that factors influencing worker's participation in health examination varied.Conclusions Health workers should actively took part in health examination,take their own health seriously and be more conscious of self health promotion.
