摘要
利用清管器或者内检测器等设备对管道进行清管和检测是管道运营维护必不可少的流程。由于管道内环境的特殊性,使清管器的动力学问题变得极为复杂。管道内环焊缝对密封皮碗的激励会引起清管器运移行为的改变,这种非稳态的运动对管道清管器的结构产生破坏。针对该问题,对直板型清管器在油气管道受限空间中过环焊缝瞬态运移过程建立了动力学理论模型,并在动力学仿真软件中进行了仿真,结果表明清管器过焊缝会引起清管器速度与位移的振动,尤其在x方向的振动更为剧烈。该理论模型对分析清管器在管道内的运移行为有一定的指导作用。
Pipeline pigging or inspecting has been a necessary and standard industry procedure by using pipeline robot like pig or intelligent pig.Due to the special environment of pipeline,the dynamic problems of pigging devices under the condition of confined space become very complex.The motivation of girth weld on the sealing dish can cause the change of pigging devices' transference behavior.This unsteady motion could produce certain destruction for pigging devices' structure.Aiming at this problem,this project carry out the research on transference and dynamics of bi-directional pig passing though girth weld in Oil/Gas pipelines.Dynamics theory model was established,and dynamic simulation in the dynamic simulation software,get the dynamic characteristics of the theoretical model.The research in this paper can provide some references for guaranteeing the safe pigging maintenance in gas pipeline.
