摘要
为了研究SL170型旋转水龙头可能存在的结构安全问题,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行了有限元分析,得到了试验载荷下的水龙头各部件的应力分布情况,根据API Spec 8C标准校核其强度。分析结果表明:水龙头的静强度符合规范要求。壳体和中心管部位出现了部分应力集中的现象,提环上部中截面应力水平较高,销轴截面剪切作用与压力耦合产生了应力分布不均。基于实际服役工况进行了疲劳寿命的预测,提出了结构优化思路,为此类水龙头的设计提供参考。
Aiming at possible structural safety problem on SL 170 swivel,the finite element analysis of rotary swivel is established in ANSYS Workbench,the stress distribution of each components under test load are simulated,and structural strength checking based on API spec8 Cis also carried out.The results show that:The static strength design of SL170 swivel conforms to the intensity of specification.And the phenomenon of stress concentration appears at shell body and shaft portion.The stress level at upper middle cross-section of the bail is high.The coupling of shear and compressive load at cross section of the pin causes a non-uniform stress distribution.The fatigue life of the swivel is estimated based on the actual work condition,and the idea of optimization design is presented according to the analysis,which has some reference value in designing this class of swivels.
