摘要
评估轻武器对目标的终点杀伤效应对指导轻武器与防护材料研制有重要的意义,传统的分离仪器配合生物靶标不能很好地满足低成本、高效率的测试需求。设计了基于PXI-e总线的虚拟仪器与4℃、10%质量分数时,尺寸为500mm×500mm×480mm明胶靶标的轻武器终点杀伤测试系统。系统软件由Labwindows/CVI编写,利用Access数据库技术进一步提升系统灵活性与安全性,适应不同测试条件。经非侵彻明胶压力试验得出,压力测试相对误差小于1.5%,多通道采集时间差小于19μs,实验结果满足设计需求。
Assessment of the target damage of the light weapon is important to guide the development of light weapons and protective material.Traditional separation of biological targets can't well satisfy the low cost,high efficiency of the test requirements.A new Light weapons end test system is designed on PXI-e bus Virtual Instrument and gelatin targets with 4 ℃ 10% concentration and 500mm×500mm×500mm.System software is written with Labwindows/CVI.Access database is applied to adapt different test conditions,and enhance the system flexibility and security.The non penetration gelatin pressure test show that the experimental results meet the design requirements,in which the pressure testing relative error less than 1.5%,multi-channel acquisition time is less than 19μs.
