摘要
主动靶向脂质体作为MRI对比剂的载体,以其良好的生物相容性、无毒性、主动靶向性等特点在肿瘤诊断及治疗领域显示出独特的优势。通过在脂质体上标记特殊的分子识别系统或制成对pH值、温度敏感的脂质体,实现肿瘤靶向成像是研究的热点。该文就各种主动靶向脂质体在肿瘤MRI诊断中的应用进行综述。
As a carrrier for MRI contrast agent, active targeting l^posome demonstrates distinct advantages in tumor diagnosis and treatment due to its characteristics of biocompatibility, non-toxicity and targeting ability. Tumor targeting imaging with liposome labeled with molecular recognition system, or liposome sensitive to pH value or temperature is a popular research topic. The application of various types of active targeting liposome for tumor magnetic resonance imaging is reviewed in this review.
