腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石的效果对比分析

Comparison of therapeutic effects between laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones

目的:比较腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石的临床效果。方法:选取商丘市第一人民医院2012年6月至2014年1月收治的88例胆囊结石合并胆管结石患者,随机分为治疗组(44例)和对照组(44例)。治疗组采取腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采取开腹手术治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗组手术时间、住院时间均较对照组短,术中出血量较对照组小,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆管结石效果较好,手术时间短,创伤小,患者恢复较快,并发症少,值得临床推广。

Objective： To compare the therapeutic effects between laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones. Methods： 88 patients with gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones treated in the First People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu were seleted and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,44 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with laparoscopic operation. The control group was treated with open operation. The therapeutic effects and complications were compared. Results： The operation time,length of stay in treatment group were shorter than control group,and the differents were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of complications in treatment group was lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation was good for gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones with shorter operation time,less trauma and fewer complications. It deserved the clinical expansion.
