生态保育、社区参与与产业开发——台湾文化遗产保护的启示

Ecosystem Conservation,Community Participation and Industrial Development——Enlightenment from Taiwan's Cultural Heritage Conservation

台湾地区在文化遗产保护方面形成了较好的经验,突出表现在日渐重视处理生态保育与遗产保护之间的关系,在遗产保护过程中注重引入生态保育视角,视之为文化遗产保护的共生条件。与此同时,积极培育社区居民对乡土文化遗产的认同意识,营造社区参与的保护模式,并积极开展"活化"遗产运动,开拓文化遗产的生活美学价值,以创意产业实现文化遗产保护与开发利用的双赢效果。台湾地区在文化遗产保护方面所形成的这些良性模式,对于当前海峡西岸文化遗产保护工作的深度开展,具有直接有效的借鉴价值。

Taiwan has good experiences in cultural heritage conservation,which are highlighted by its growing emphasis on dealing with the relationship between ecosystem conservation and heritage protection. In the course of heritage protection,it paid attention to ecosystem conservation and regarded it as the symbiotic conditions for cultural heritage conservation. At the same time,Taiwan actively cultivated identity consciousness of community residents on local cultural heritages,created a conservation model by community participation,carried out the movement of ' revitalizing' heritages and developed the aesthetic value of life in cultural heritages to achieve a win- win result for both conservation and exploitation of cultural heritages by creative industry. The models of cultural heritage conservation in Taiwan can be directly and effectively used for reference for the in- depth protection of cultural heritages on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
