摘要
跨国公司所主导的全球服务业转移已成为当今国际产业结构调整的一个主要特征,由于服务模块化外包所具有的特定优势,使其成为国际服务业转移的主要手段。服务模块化外包推动了国际服务业模块化网络的形成,本文从博弈分析的视角,从服务产品的生产与消费特性出发,研究国际服务业模块化网络的结构、界面、标准等网络特性,并据此给出我国企业通过融入国际服务业模块化网络提升自身竞争力的策略。
Global service industry transference dominated by multinational companies has become one of the main characteristics of the international industry structure adjustment. Now, the service module outsourcing has been the main means of the transference. Service modular outsourcing promotes the formation of the international service modular network. From the perspective of game analysis and start- ing from the production and consumption characteristics of service products, this paper researches on the characteristics of the interna- tional service modular network, such as structure, interface and standard. And then it put forward a strategy for Chinese enterprises which can improve their competitiveness through joining in the international service modular network.
