The Long-term Operation Mechanism Construction of Rural Public Reading Service System in Hebei Province

根据河北省农村公共阅读服务体系建设和发展情况问卷调查结果,就村民对其设施了解度、拥有情况和使用率、阅读情况和阅读需求等进行详尽分析,参考馆藏相关研究文献,从宣传、资金、设施、人才、管理、服务和评价等方面,对农村公共阅读服务体系长效运行机制建设进行了探讨,以期进一步做好农村文化工作。

According to the results of the questionnaire of the rural public reading service system con‐struction and development in Hebei province ,this paper analyzed the villagers＇understanding to its fa‐cilities ,owning ,and usage ,reading condition and demand and others in detail .Taking relevant research literature in collection as reference , the long‐term operation mechanism construction of rural public reading service system is discussed from the aspects of propaganda ,capital ,facilities ,personnel ,man‐agement ,service and evaluation ,as to further improve the rural cultural work .
