摘要
运用统计和国民经济核算理论和方法,对房地产经济的范围和内涵进行科学界定,在此基础上从房地产开发投资、房地产生产和房地产消费三大领域系统完整地定量分析房地产经济对我国国民经济增长的作用,结果表明:房地产经济合理增长对国民经济健康发展具有重要意义,但同时房地产经济增长速度过高或过低,都会影响国民经济的稳定增长。为了保障国民经济健康稳定增长,应保持房地产经济的合理增长。
We use statistics and the theory and methods of national accounting to provide a scientific definition of the scale and implications of the real estate economy.On this basis,we undertake a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the effect of real estate on the growth of the national economy in the three systemic fields of real estate investment,production,and consumption.The results show that reasonable growth in real estate is of great significance for the healthy development of the national economy.However,if real estate grows either too fast or too slowly,it will affect the steady growth of the national economy.To keep the national economy growing steadily,we need to maintain reasonable growth in the real estate economy.
