摘要
为了推动中国管理理论研究的发展,本文对国际上主流的管理和组织理论进行了梳理,从原创性和应用性两方面总结了现有中国管理理论研究存在的主要不足和局限性,并提出了若干特别适用于中国和其他新兴市场国家的管理理论研究的新方法。最后,为了鼓励中国管理学者深入开展管理理论研究以增强中国的国际影响力和推动其对主流理论的贡献以及加强管理理论与管理实践之间的相关性和价值性,本文提出了一系列构建中国特色管理理论的新的理论视角,包括制度复杂观、大双元理论、合理论、共演理论、中国式追赶理论、新集体主义观、主心骨领导观、动态能力理论等。
Aiming at forging ahead the development of Chinese management theories, this paper reviews the international mainstream management and organization theories, pinpoints the major weaknesses and limitations in scholarly efforts of developing original and applied Chinese management theories,and presents a host of new approaches specifically tailored to creating theories for businesses in China and other emerging markets. This paper concludes with a plentiful elucidation of new theoretical perspectives for Chinese management scholars who are encouraged to develop these new perspectives further along in their quest to fortify China~ s international influences and contributions to mainstream theories and strengthen these theories' relevance and value-adding to the real business world, including institutional complexity view, mega-ambidexterity theory, theory of amalgamation or H6, co-evolution theory, Chinese theory of catch-up, neo-collectivism view, spine leadership view, dynamic ca- pability theory.
