摘要
近年来,社会认知理论应用于追随研究领域,诞生了内隐追随这一前沿研究主题。作为追随理论的扩展,内隐追随理论有助于揭示内隐认知在领导—追随过程中的重要作用,并能够为有效利用内隐认知来促进领导者和追随者的积极心理与行为提供理论启示。本文介绍了内隐追随的内涵、结构、测量与加工模型,从个体、环境和文化三个方面厘清了内隐追随原型的形成机理,从近端和远端两个视角概括了追随原型对领导者和追随者的影响结果及其边界条件,并在此基础上提出了一个整合的理论框架。未来的研究应加强对内隐追随的本土结构、影响结果以及稳定性与可塑性等内容的探讨。
With the application of social cognition theory in followership research field, implicit followership theory (IFT) emerges as a frontier topic in recent years. As the exten- sion of followership theory,implicit [ollowership theory is beneficial to the revelation of the role of implicit cognition in the leadership-followership process and provides theoretical en- lightenment to the promotion of leaders and followers' active psychology and behavior by ef- fectively using implicit cognition. This paper states the concept, structure, measurement and processing models of implicit followership, clarifies the formation mechanism of implicit fol- lowership prototype from the perspectives of individual,environment and culture, summaries the effects of followership prototypes on leaders and followers and the boundary conditions, and constructs an integrated theoretical framework. Future research should focus on discus- sions on local structure, effects and stability& plasticity of implicit leadership.
