摘要
本文运用系统论的思想和方法,对企业研发系统的内涵、边界、输入与输出进行了明确界定,细致剖析了企业研发系统外部环境的维度与层次,首次提出了把企业研发系统与外部环境的关系视为一种多层嵌套结构关系的理论观点,建立了相应的多层嵌套结构关系概念模型,并在此基础上深入考察了不同层次(如微观和宏观)和不同维度(如区域和产业)的外部环境与企业研发系统的复杂作用过程。本文研究为改进企业研发系统及其外部环境关系的理论与经验研究提供了一种能实现多层次、系统性因素分析的理论框架。
Using the ideas and methods of system theory, this paper defines the connotation, boundary, input and output of firm R^D system clearly, analyzes the dimensions and levels of firm R&D system's external environment, proposes the theo- retical view for the first time that regards the relationship between firm R&D system and ex- ternal environment as the multilevel nested structure relationship and constructs the corresponding model concerning the concept of multilevel nested structure relationship. Then it makes deep research on the complex interaction process between firm R&D system and its external environment in different levels (microenvironment and macroenvironment) and dimensions (regions and industries).It provides a theoretical framework that can make multi- level and systematic factor analysis for theoretical and empirical study of the improvement of the relationship between firm R&D system and external environment.
