该文分析了中国有居民海岛发展过程中存在的主要问题,并借鉴日本屋久岛在经济发展、资源循环、可再生能源利用和生态环境保护方面所做出的工作及成效,从经济、生态、民生三个层面提出了促进中国有居民海岛可持续发展的对策建议。

The paper analyzes the current main problems existing in the sustainable development of the inhabited island,and draws on the effort and effectiveness of Yakushima Island about economic development,resource recycling,renewable energy utilization and ecological environment protection,and finally proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the inhabited island in China from the aspects of economy,ecology and people＇s livelihood.
