上海:引领泛长三角文化金融创新

Shanghai Takes the Lead in Cultural and Financial Innovation in Pan-Yangtze River Delta

文化金融是指金融支持文化产业、文化产业借力金融、两者相互融合发展的一种产业金融创新活动。在中央部委关于金融支持文化产业方针和政策指导下,上海文化金融创新走在泛长三角前列,江苏、浙江、安徽文化金融创新积极开展,共同支撑泛长三角文化产业的振兴和繁荣。今后,泛长三角要借力上海自贸区建设,推进泛长三角文化与金融融合的合作和联盟创新,提高文化金融的国际化水平,促使泛长三角文化金融领先于全国,壮大长三角文化产业,进一步推动泛长三角经济创新驱动和转型升级发展,代表中国整体提高国家文化软实力和文化产业的国际竞争力。

Culture and finance is a kind of industrial financial innovation which aims to boost the integration of finance and culture and promote their prosperous development. Under the central ministries＇ guidance on forcing financial support to promote the development of cultural industry,Shanghai has taken its place in the front ranks of Pan- Yangtze River Delta in cultural and financial innovation,while Jiangsu,Anhui,Zhejiang also actively promote the cooperation of culture and finance,which jointly push forward the cultural industry in Pan- Yangtze River Delta. In future,the Pan- Yangtze River Delta should take good use of the establishment of Shanghai pilot free trade zone to take the lead in cultural and financial innovation,promote the cooperation and innovation of culture and finance to enhance its internationalization level,further promote the innovation- driven growth as well as transformation and upgrading to enhance China＇s cultural soft power and global competitiveness.
