上海自贸区的成立对长江经济带的机遇和挑战

Opportunities and Challenges Brought by Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone to the Development of Yangtze River Economic Belt

整个长江经济带经济发展不平衡,呈现东高西低、东密西疏的布局,形成了一个以上海为极点,中东部各省会城市为副点的一带多的经济格局。因此,上海自贸区的成立,对上海周边地区乃至整个长江经济带而言,在加快政府职能转变,扩大投资领域开放,推进贸易发展方式转变,深化金融领域开放创新,完善法制领域制度保障等方面的示范效应值得持续关注。

The Yangtze River Economic Belt appears unbalanced development of high and intensive in the eastern part while low and sparse in the western part,and it forms an economic layout which centered on Shanghai and sub- centered on central and eastern provincial capital cities. Therefore,we should continuous attention to the demonstration effect that Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone plays on its surrounding areas and even the whole Yangtze River Economic Belt in the fields of speeding up the transformation of government functions,expanding the scope for investment,promoting trade development transformation,deepening the financial opening up and innovation,perfecting the legal system and institutional guarantee,and so on.
