摘要
通过对驴评网上游客对入住过的家庭旅馆自由点评文本的收集,借助ROST Content Mining软件提取游客点评中的高频特征词,构建特征词之间的语义网络和社会网络,了解游客对家庭旅馆感知的主要侧重点;运用内容分析法,建构分析类目,绘制评价模型结构图及评价量表,以期对今后我国家庭旅馆建立评价体系提供理论依据,进一步完善我国家庭旅馆类接待设施的评价模型。
This study bulids the semantic network and social network by mining high-frequency words of home inns with ROST. We collected and analysed tourists' online reviews of home inns of five typical towns in China to identify the most important factors that toursits take into account while commenting on home inns. In this study, we construct analysis category, preliminary evaluation mod- el and evaluation scale, using the theory and methods of content analysis. The aim of this study is to provide some theoretical basis of building a complete evaluation model of Chinese home inns and offer some suggestions for home inns improvement.
