通过分析《福建农业科技》服务"三农"的作用与现状,提出从创新办刊理念、坚持以读者需求为中心、拓展服务功能、加强推广与宣传、创新经营模式等方面,提升办刊水平,促进"三农"发展的新思路。

Through the analyzing on the present situation of service ＂three rural＂,the main ideas of service ＂three rural＂were put forward,such as innovative concept for running the journal,to improve the quality,adhere to the demand of the readers as the center,expanding the service function,strengthenning the promotion and propaganda,business model innovation,to promote development of the ＂three rural＂.
