2型糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys C)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的关系。方法选择100例T2DM患者,按CIMT将其分为两组,A组CIMT≥l mm,B组CIMT<l mm;另择健康体检者40例作为对照组。检测各组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血脂、Hcy、Cys C水平。结果与A组比较,B、C组2 h PG、Hb A1c、TG、LDL-C、Hcy、Cys C水平明显低(P均<0.05),HDL-C水平高(P均<0.05);B组FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、TG、LDL-C、Hcy、Cys C水平明显高于C组(P均<0.05),HDL-C水平低于C组(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,T2DM患者的CIMT与Hcy、Cys C、Hb A1c、LDL-C、FPG、2 h PG、TG、TC呈显著正相关(P均<0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.01),与年龄无明显相关(P>0.05)。对CIMT的危险因素进行多元逐步回归分析,结果显示病程、Hb A1c、Hcy、Cys C是影响CIMT的主要危险因素(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论T2DM患者的CIMT与Hcy、Cys C水平呈正相关,联合测定CIMT和Hcy、Cys C可及早发现糖尿病大血管并发症。
