SDF-1/CXCR4生物学途径及其与实体瘤的关系 被引量:1

摘要 基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)属趋化因子CXC亚家族,能调控多种生物学过程,如调控造血、细胞黏附和肿瘤形成等[1]。SDF-1可与其惟一受体CXCR4特异性结合,构成与细胞间信号转导、细胞迁移有密切关系的偶联分子对———SDF-1/CXCR4。近年研究发现,SDF-1/CXCR4的生物学途径在实体瘤的发生、发展及转移中具有重要作用。本文结合文献就SDF-1/CXCR4生物学途径与实体瘤的关系作一综述。
