塑壳断路器瞬时脱扣器动静特性仿真及其优化

摘要 介绍了瞬时脱扣器的动静特性设计仿真及优化。首先进行瞬时脱扣器三维模型的建模及优化,再分别进行了动静特性的分析及脱扣器优化。最后进行了试验验证,验证了其优化的正确性。以国内某型号第四代塑壳断路器的瞬时脱扣器为例,介绍了动静特性的仿真计算方法和优化过程,供大家探讨。 The static and dynamic characteristics and optimization of the instantaneous tripping device were introduced. Modeling and optimization of 3D model of instantaneous release was proposed,then the static and dynamic characteristics and optimization of tripping device were analyzed. Finally,the test was carried out,verified the correctness of the optimization. Taking instantaneous release of the fourth generation of molded case circuit breaker as an example,the simulation of the static and dynamic characteristics calculation method and optimization process was introduced for discussion.
