The technical characteristics and application of XJM- S28 flotation machine

为了适应选煤厂大型化发展对大型浮选设备的迫切需求,采用模拟放大方法,研制出单槽容积为28 m3的煤用机械搅拌式浮选机——XJM-S28型浮选机。XJM-S28型浮选机在山西焦煤集团、河北开滦集团、华晋焦煤集团等煤炭生产企业的应用实践表明,该机对煤泥可浮性适应能力强,分选指标稳定,工艺灵活,可较好地满足大中型选煤厂浮选生产需求。

For the large- scale development of the coal preparation plant,mechanical agitation flotation machine with 28 m^3 single flotation cell for coal preparation has been developed by Tangshan Branch of Tiandi Science Technology Co.,Ltd. via using simulation amplification method. The flotation machine has been widely applied in many coal companies,such as Shanxi coking coal group,Kailuan group and Huajin coking coal group. According to the application of typical users,it can be seen that XJM- S28 flotation machine is well- adapted to coal properties variation,has stable separation index and flexible process,which can satisfy the requirements for medium or large coal preparation plant.
