摘要
针对八一煤矿选煤厂新仓系统放仓难、易窜仓的问题,通过分析,确定了解决问题的基本原则,并设计了装仓控制系统,从而实现了跳汰精煤和浮选精煤均匀入仓,不仅避免了窜仓,减少了堵塞,并且提高了装车速度。
To solve the problems of difficult discharge and products delivered into adjacent to other bunkers by mistake in new coal bunker system,loading and control system were redesigned by analysis. The results show that clean coal from jig and flotation machine respectively can be conveyed into their own coal bunker correctly and truck loading speed is improved.
