基于指标联合赋权的煤炭资源综合利用评价方法的研究与应用

Research and application of comprehensive utilization of coal resources evaluation methods based on index combined empowerment

为了解我国煤炭主要矿集区资源综合利用现状,为相关部门及企业决策提供科学依据,利用新创建的层次分析-广义条件协方差综合赋权模型,结合主观和客观因素,以技术、环境和经济三大准则构建了煤炭资源综合利用评价指标体系,并根据实际生产数据,从采、选、共伴生资源利用、煤矸石利用、难利用资源利用、环境效益和经济效益七个方面对所建指标体系进行了分析和验证,最终确定了一个科学、全面的煤炭资源综合利用评价指标体系,同时也佐证了提高煤炭资源综合利用技术在矿山经济效益方面的可行性。

In order to understand the current situation of comprehensive utilization of coal resources in the main ore- concentrated areas in our country and provide a scientific basis for making decisions in the relevant departments and businesses,specific to the research problem,the evaluation index system of comprehensive utilization of coal resources is established based on the three principles of technology,environment and economy,via using the newly established level analysis- generalized conditional covariance comprehensive weight model and combining subjective with objective factors. Moreover,according to the actual production data in terms of mining,selecting and associated resource utilization,gangue utilization,utilization of resource difficult to use,environmental and economic benefits,the established system is analyzed and verified to finalize a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system of comprehensive utilization of coal resources,also improve the comprehensive utilization of coal resources supporting the technology feasibility in mine economic benefit.
