南方红豆杉实生苗与扦插苗生理生化特性比较研究

摘要 对南方红豆杉实生苗与扦插苗生理生化特性进行了比较研究。结果表明:南方红豆杉扦插苗叶质重和净光合速率均大于实生苗,但其叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、CO2补偿点均小于实生苗;扦插苗叶片中N、P、K、粗蛋白、游离氨基酸、IAA、绿原酸含量及硝酸还原酶活性均低于实生苗;而扦插苗叶片ABA含量、IAA氧化酶活性及POD活性则高于实生苗,研究结果为南方红豆杉扦插育苗提供生理生化理论依据。 In this article a comparative study was carried out on physiological and biochemical characteristics of the seed seedlings and the cuttings of Taxus chinensis var.mairei.The results showed that leaf weight and the ability of photosynthesis of the cutting seedlings are greater than that of the seed seedlings,however,the amount of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,ompensation point of carbon dioxide,the amount of N,P,K,crude protein,free amino acids,IAA,chlorogenic acid and nitrate reductase activity of cutting seedlings were less than that of in seed seedlings.ABA content,IAA oxidase activity and POD activity of cutting seedlings were higher than that of seed seedlings.These results will provide theoretical basis for cutting propagation which could overcome the serious deficiency of existing seedling propagation.
