柑橘叶片结构与柑橘木虱寄主选择性的关系

The Relationship between Citrus Leaf Structure and Host-selectivity of Asian Citrus Psyllid

应用柑橘木虱田间虫口密度加权平均数和发生指数2个指标比较了柑橘木虱对5个柑橘品种的选择性,并分析了柑橘叶片组织结构与柑橘木虱寄主选择性的相互关系。试验结果表明,(1)柑橘木虱同一虫态田间虫口密度与发生指数2个指标相关性显著,用这2个指标来衡量柑橘木虱对不同品种的选择性是可行的;(2)柑橘木虱成虫田间虫口密度与柑橘叶片下表皮气孔密度呈极显著正相关,柑橘叶片下皮层厚度与柑橘木虱成虫田间虫口密度和发生指数均呈显著负相关;(3)柑橘种质叶片下表皮气孔密度和下皮层厚度可能是构成柑橘木虱寄主选择性的关键因子。

The selectivity of Asian citrus psyllid（ACP） on 5 citrus cultivars was tested with the weighted average number of field population density and occurrence index.The relationship between citrus leaf structure and host-selectivity of Asian citrus psyllid was analyzed.The results showed that：（1） Weighted average number of field population density and occurrence index were significantly correlated and were feasible to measure the selectivity of Asican citrus psyllid on different varieties;（2） Field population density of adult ACP had very significantly positive correlation with citrus leaf stomata density in lower epidermis,while occurrence index and field population density had significantly negative correlation with the thickness of subcortex;（3） Citrus leaf stomata density in lower epidermis and the thickness of subcortex may be significant factors on host-selectivity of ACP on citrus germplasms.
