摘要
介绍了一种利用Tomasulo算法处理数据相关的四级流水线CPU的设计,为计算机组成与系统结构硬件实验提供了实验教学样例。阐明了使用的实验环境和技术原理及CPU的设计结构和组成,给出使用的指令系统,同时对CPU进行了功能和性能两方面的测试。设计样例在课程的实验教学中具有很高的应用价值。
This paper introduced a design of a four-pipelined CPU by using Tomasulo algorithm to solve data hazards. It provided a sample experiment for Computer Organization and Architecture course. This paper described the experimental environment and technology,and it provided the instruction set of the CPU. It also introduced the architecture and the organization of the designed CPU. It conducted the function and performance test for the CPU. This sample experiment is valuable for the course experiment teaching.
