摘要 针对当前医学统计学实验教学中存在的问题和发展趋势,将典型案例纳入到医学统计学实验教学中,结合SPSS软件进行案例讨论教学。该教学模式通过布置案例,分组讨论;实践操作,指导答疑;分组汇报,归纳总结;课后练习,开放测验4个相辅相成的环节来实施。通过近几年来的教学实践表明,案例讨论教学模式能够调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,提高了学生解决医学统计实际问题的能力,取得了良好的教学效果。 In view of the existing problems and the development trend in current experimental teaching of medical statistics,we have researched case discussion teaching mode by combining the typical cases into experimental teaching of medical statistics using SPSS software. The teaching mode is implemented by four complementary steps: setting case and group discussion,practice and guiding questions,group report and summary,after-school practice and open test. The teaching practice in recent years indicates that this kind of teaching mode can arouse the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students,improve their ability to solve practical problems in medical statistics. I has obtained good teaching effect.
