摘要 针对高校大型仪器管理存在资源配置不合理、管理不到位和数据统计不全面等问题,结合南京师范大学仪器管理的实践经验,提出大型仪器开放共享管理平台建设的先进性原则、安全性原则、便捷性原则及扩展性和适用性原则,介绍了大型仪器开放共享管理平台的门户网站、多功能的信息管理系统及特色功能。在该平台使用中,逐步形成了"有序预约,定时审核,规范使用,定期维护"的有效的管理机制,提高了大型仪器的管理水平,增强了仪器的开放共享性,提高了使用效率。 It is very important to make full use of the large-scale instruments effectively and rationally. Currently,there are some problems in the management of the instruments such as unreasonable distribution,insufficient management and incomplete statistical data,in many universities. According to the practical experience in Nanjing Normal University,the designing of the open-sharing management platform follows the principles of advancement,safety,convenience,extensibility and applicability. This paper introduces the portal sites,multifunctional information management system,and special features of the platform. Effective management of "ordered appointment,regular examination,standardized operation and periodic maintenance " has been formed gradually. The application of the platform has raised the management level with broad sharing and high efficiency and gained high praise from all the teachers and students.
