7S管理在电工电子实训室管理中的应用探索

Exploration of 7S Management Application in the Electrical and Electronic Training Rooms Management

电工电子实训室是高职院校电类相关专业实践教学的重要场所,7S管理是企业实施现场管理的最有效方法,引入企业管理中的7S管理理念,能够使实践教学的管理达到企业管理标准与要求,促进实训室管理的规范化和制度化,有利于提升师生的职业素养,养成良好的行为习惯。本文从理论角度深入地研究了7S管理的概念、特点和应用状况;从实践角度客观地指出了目前高职院校中电工电子实训室管理中存在的问题,阐述在电工电子实训室管理中7S管理的必要性和可行性,并对7S企业化管理在具体实施推进过程中的要点、步骤以及技巧进行了深入探索,为建设高水平、符合高职院校人才培养工作水平评估要求的实训室奠定基础。

Electrical and electronic training room is an importance place of practice teaching of electrical specialty in higher vocational colleges,7S management is the most effective way to implement site management. Using the management theory of 7S can make the practice teaching management to achieve the standards and requirements of enterprise management,and will promote the standardization and institutionalization of training room management. It can improve the professional quality of teachers and students,and develop good habits. This paper studies 7S management＇s definition,characteristics and application status from the theoretic way; and indicates the wrong definitions or actions during the training room management of electrical and electronics in higher vocational colleges. It expounds the necessity and feasibility of 7S management in the electrical and electronic training rooms management,explores the process points,steps and techniques in the concrete implementation of 7S enterprise management,and provides a foundation to build up high quality training rooms to meet the requirement for teaching assessment.
