摘要 为全面评价涂敷防火涂料电缆的火灾危险性,用锥形量热仪试验研究不同热辐射强度下防火涂料对电缆燃烧性能的影响,对普通电缆和涂敷防火涂料电缆的热释放速率、火灾增长指数、烟气生成速率和热响应参数等进行对比分析。研究结果表明:涂敷防火涂料的电缆在中小规模火灾中点燃较难,热释放速率减小,火势增长缓慢,涂料能起较好的阻燃作用;当火灾规模较大或火灾充分发展时,涂料的阻燃作用十分有限;防火涂料使电缆的产烟量减少,但由于不完全燃烧,烟气毒性增大。 In order to fully evaluate the fire performance of cables protected by fire retardant coating, effects of fire retardant coating on the flammability of cables under different thermal radiation intensity were studied using a cone calorimeter. Key parameters, such as heat release rate, fire growth index, smoke production rate and thermal response parameter, were analyzed contrastively. The result shows that coated cables have better performance in small and medium fire, because ignition becomes harder, heat release rate is reduced and fire grows slowly, that the fire resistant effect is limited when fire is big or fully developed, and that coating can reduce the smoke production of cables, whereas smoke toxicity increases for incomplete combustion.
