45例重型颅脑损伤患者的急诊手术麻醉体会

摘要 目的分析研究重型颅脑损伤的急诊麻醉处理情况,总结相关实践经验。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年12月江西省中医院收治的45例重型颅脑损伤患者的麻醉处理方法。结果所有的患者都麻醉平稳、麻醉的效果良好,麻醉期间无死亡病例。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者采用麻醉平稳诱导,合理用药,加强麻醉管理,可以降低患者麻醉的风险,能够减少继发性损伤,提高手术成功率。 Objective To analyze the anesthesia methods for surgery for severe craniocerebral injury, and to summarize the relevant experience. Methods Anesthetic data of 45 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated in Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2008 and December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients achieved smooth anesthesia with good anesthetic efficacy. No patients died during anesthesia. Conclusion The smooth anesthesia induction, rational drug use and strengthened anesthesia management can reduce anesthesia risk, decrease sequential injury and increase operative success rate in patients with severe cranio-cerebral injury.
