根据好望角型船舶燃油管理的特点,通过多部门的协调机制使燃油管控过程形成一个封闭、可控的管理系统。实践结果表明,该系统能够有效促进好望角型船舶的管理水平,实现船舶航次效益的最大化。

In view of the international dry bulk shipping market and international oil prices deviate from long term,the more and more dry bulk enterprises begin to attach great importance to the control of ship fuel oil management. The author according to the characteristics of the capesize ships fuel consumption and manage-ment,trying to make through multisectoral coordination mechanism in the fuel control process to form a closed, controllable management system,practice results showing that the system can effectively promote the manage-ment level of capesize ships,realize the maximize of ship voyage level.
