高职院校“教学做一体化”教学模式的构建和实施——以邮轮乘务专业为例

The Construction and Implementation of the Integration of Teaching,Learning and Doing in Vocational Colleges——Illustrated by the Case of International Cruise Service and Management Major

"教学做一体化"是职业教育发展的必然趋势,邮轮乘务专业的职业属性决定了对教学做合一的需求。邮轮乘务专业作为新兴专业,在教学做一体化的进程中存在着一些问题,需要进一步改进和提升。本文在分析存在问题的基础上,对邮轮乘务专业"教学做一体化"教学模式的构建和实施进行了探索,以期对邮轮乘务专业的建设提供有价值的参考。

The integration of teaching and doing is the trend of vocational education. The nature of cruise crew determines the demand for the integration of teaching and doing. As the major of international cruise serv-ice and management a new one,there exits some problems in the process of the integration of teaching and doing to improve and solve. Based on the analysis of these problems,the article tries to explore the ways of building and implementing the model of the integration of teaching and doing,and hopes to make some suggestions to the work in the construction of international cruise service and management major.
