摘要
针对蚕桑专业新型人才培养的需要,从优化更新教学内容、完善教学方法手段、整合多种考核方法等方面对发酵工程课程进行了教学改革探索。以期提高教学质量,提升学生自主学习和创新能力,把学生培养成应用型、创新型人才,更好地为蚕桑产业发展服务。
In order to meet the requirements of training creative talents of the sericulture specialty,teaching reform for the course Fermentation Engineeringhas been explored from the aspects of optimizing and renewing teaching contents,improving teaching methodology and means and integrating various assessment methods.In conclusion,the teaching reform improves the quality of teaching to enhance studentsself-learning and innovation and cultivates innovative talents suitable for the needs of the sericulture industry.
