张家口市绿色能源发展之人才引进与培养策略研究

A Study of the Strategy of the Introduction and Training of Talents for Zhangjiakou Green Energy Development

基于当前全球紧张的能源形势,清洁能源和新能源前景看好,相应行业中的人才争夺战非常激烈。张家口市崇礼县和北京市共同申办2022年冬奥会和京津冀大气污染治理攻坚的严峻形势下,作为中国最重要的新能源和低碳发展示范基地的张家口市更是急需这方面的人才,其面临的人才瓶颈问题在某种程度上正是目前国内整个绿色能源行业的缩影。课题通过在张家口市绿色能源发展的人才引进与培养策略上提出观点,寻求解决该问题的方法,以促进张家口市绿色能源产业的发展。

The prosperity of the industry of clean energy and new energy makes the talents in this industry in great demand. With the attempt of the joint bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics,the city of Zhangjiakou earnestly needs the talents in this field. The bottleneck problem,to some extent,is the miniature of the entire green energy industry. This study seeks to find a solution to the problem to promote the development of green energy in Zhangjiakou.
