摘要 工学结合是目前我国高职院校普遍推行的人才培养模式。高职学生通过顶岗实习、专业实训等社会实践活动,有效提高了专业学习的主动性、创造性与积极性。工学结合模式下的高职学生社会实践活动应当遵循三个基本原则,即发挥专业优势、满足教学要求、注重社会和用人单位的需求,并通过开展专业实践、深化校企合作、加强基地建设等,不断探索更加切实可行的社会实践新途径。 Work- integrated learning of higher vocational colleges in China is the generally adopted personnel training mode.Vocational students effectively improve their professional learning initiative and creativity through internship and professional training. The social practice of the students in this mode should follow three basic principles,namely,to exploit professional advantages to the full,to meet the requirements of teaching,and to focus on the needs of society and the employer. Besides,professional practice,the school- enterprise cooperation,and the construction of training base are also necessary approaches to the social practice.
