摘要
通过走访和浏览沈抚同城后的抚顺市各个房地产网站,收集数据,采用协方差分析方法(Covanance Analysis),结合SAS程序,判断各种变量对房屋价格影响的大小,从而建立合适的价格定位模型,为抚顺地区房地产价格定位给出较为合理的依据.
Through visiting and browsing each real estate website of Fushun to collect data after Shenyang--Fushun urban integration. Combining the covariance analysis method with the SAS program to estimate the impact of the various variables on the housing prices, so as to establish the positioning model of moderate price, and thus provide reasonable basis for the price positioning of real estate in Fushun.
