大众媒介中的大学生形象研究——以三家都市报有关大学生报道为例

The Image of College Students Through Eyes of Mass Medium——Reports from Three City Newspaper

选择《兰州晨报》、《羊城晚报》、《新京报》三家都市报为样本,采用量化内容分析法,揭示了都市报关于当代大学生报道中存在的偏颇以及对大学生整体形象的扭曲。内容分析的结果表明,有关大学生负面的报道共占了这些都市报57.7%的内容,这种报道,在很大程度上误导了社会公众对当代大学生群体的正确认知,影响了大学生群体的整体形象,这对在全社会营造有利于大学生成长的良好环境会有潜在的不利影响。

Samples of this paper are selected from Lanzhou Morning Post, Yangcheng Evening and Beijing News. By using the method of quantitative analysis, this paper reveals that reports on college students are biased and images of students are distorted. Negative reports on college students account for 57.7% of the total sample. These kinds of reports to a large extent have misled the public understanding towards college students and also harmed the images of them. As a result, it is potentially harmful to a social environment that is supposed to be good for the growth of college students.
