摘要
教育理论知识与教学实践技能的脱节是小学教育专业学生普遍存在的问题。要解决这一问题,首先必须从源头上明确小学教育专业的培养目标,清楚小学生的学习特点以及小学教师的工作性质。然后,就教育理念、教学评价、学生学习态度以及教学管理方面存在的问题,提出有针对性的改革构想:以实践带动研究,以研究引导学习;以评价促进发展,以发展彰显特色;以管理服务教学,以教学完善管理。
From a long time,there is a problem of the disconnect between theory and practice.we must change the phenomenon.At first, explicating the training objective and characteristic of primary teacher,then,from the problems of educational ideas,teaching evalution, learning attitude and teaching management,we give some reform thoughts:the practice drives the research,the research lead study;the evolution promotes development,the development highlights the feature;the management serve to the teaching,the teaching perfects management.
